panels. Goose neck chassis of 270mm.
• 3 Axles BPW.
• Pneumatic suspension with height valve control.
• Disc brakes, directive CE, electronic system EBS. ABS (4 sensors, 2 modulators).
• First and third lift axles.
• 7 tires 385/55 R 22,5. (Includes spare wheel). Aluminum rims.
• Aluminum support feet.
• RSS roll-over protection system.
• Aluminum air tanks.
• Coupling height of fifth wheel is 1150 mm.

Dimensions
• Length 13,80 + 0,25 m. of the lifting platform = 14,05 m. Width 2,55 m.
Structure
• All components, exteriors and interiors, are manufactured of aluminium, with specially
selected alloys.
• Sides formed by reinforced panels and openings formed with reinforced tubes anti- buckling.
• Waterproof roof with thermally insulated caps.
Interior distribution
• The difference level of chassis is solved with two steps.
• 5 floors of load with 1 central folding aisle.
• Help device to open folding.
• Assemble nylon looking elements to hold the folding parts in the opened position.
• Do not put spring closures on the folding parts.
• 5 compartments on each floor formed by transversal doors.
• Indoor doors and indoor fixed divisions with panels and bars.
• Winter side caps with hydraulic activation. Activation of winter side caps, each side
separately.
• Installation 27 fans in one side of the vehicle. Sequential start up to save energy.
• Water tank of 470 l. of total capacity to comply with regulation CE 1/2005 of animal welfare

• Rubber elements of the lifting platform with greater thickness and rigidity.
• Put black gravel on the floor of the lifting platform.
• Paint the railings of the lifting platform inside and out of colour black.
